Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the MangaPlus website and Android app. By using the service, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and the Privacy Policy.

These are general terms based on known project features, not legal advice. They need review and approval for the countries where the service will be offered.

1. Service and accounts

MangaPlus is an app for discovering and reading manga, manhwa and novels through supported content sources. Features and availability vary by source and device. Some account features require a verified email address. Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure.

2. Content sources and rights

The app may show links or data from third-party sources. Displaying content does not mean MangaPlus owns it, guarantees its licensing, or guarantees continued access. Content rights remain with their owners and sources. Follow their terms and applicable laws.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse or disrupt the service, bypass its controls, or use accounts fraudulently. You are responsible for securing your account and for activity performed through it.

4. Availability and changes

The app and website are under development. Features may change, third-party sources may become unavailable, and maintenance or outages may occur. We do not guarantee that every title or chapter will always be available.

5. Privacy and third parties

The Privacy Policy describes services and data that may be processed. When you visit an external source or website, that party's terms and privacy policy apply.

6. Liability

The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party source data or uninterrupted service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Account restriction or termination

Access may be restricted for misuse or unlawful activity, subject to users' legal rights. Details of a complete account and data deletion process will be published once a consistent process and official support channel are established.

8. Contact and changes

An official support channel has not yet been announced. Updates will be published here with an effective date once approved.
